In order to do either Deep Sea Fishing or Yacht Charters trips, all the Guests must carry their original passports or UAE residence permit.
Insurance
The boats and yachts are fully insured for the guests on board, captain and crew.
Charter Includes
Cruising or Fishing trips includes selected boat or yacht, Captain and one crew member, fuel, water, ice, soft drinks, fishing rods and snorkeling equipment.
Capacity
Number of guests must be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure.
Captain's Authority
The Captain has total authority over seamanship and the safe navigation of the yacht, its crew and passengers. The Captain has total authority over the safe use of all equipment onboard and may prohibit activities deemed to be unsafe.
Responsibility for Children
Any children onboard are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
Shoes
Flat non-marking soled deck shoes or trainers are permitted onboard. Shoes with heals are not permitted to be worn onboard.
Cancellation Policy
Al Wasl Passenger Yacht's and boats rental reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to bad weather, mechanical failure or Coastguard restrictions. In this case, the charter will be rearranged.
Cancellation by Charter Clients
Last minute cancellation or no show will be charged 100%.
Charter Fee
50% of the charter fee is required at the time of booking. The 50% balance is required 24 hours prior to departure.
Recreation Liability Indemnity
No liability is accepted for any personal injury during any recreational activity including swimming, fishing, or any other water sports.
Anti-Social Behavior
No anti-social behavior will be accepted and will be reported to the Police. Anti-Social behavior will result in the early termination of the charter.
General Liability Indemnity
No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident, injury, sickness or death.
Observance of all UAE Law and Practices
The following must be observed under UAE Law:
1. Number of passengers must not exceed those stated on charter registration.
2. All guests under 21 years must be supervised by a mature adult.
3. All fishing must be conducted under UAE regulations.
4. Alcohol consumption is permitted subject to UAE regulations.
5. No animals or pets may be brought onboard.
6. Captain and crew member contingent as required for charters under UAE law. |
